Filters
The filters depend on the selected report and include the following possibilities: By groups, for a single group, by agents, for a single agent, by call type (inbound, outbound), by call origin (internal, external), by duration and by the caller’s prefix.
Options: Other options allows to select time intervals to group call waiting time in specific reports, to select which fields to include in the traffic by hours graphic, for example: attended calls, lost calls, number of active agents, etc.
Output
Each report may be obtained in 4 different ways:
- Displayed on screen
- Sent to the predefined printer
- Sent by email
- Stored in a file with one of the following formats: PDF, XLS, HTML, TXT, RTF
